• Accuracy matters more than fancy vocabulary. Clear, correct sentences score best.

4. Reading — manage time and master the blanks

• The Fill in the Blanks tasks carry the most weight — build your collocations and grammar so the right word feels obvious.
• Re-order Paragraphs: find the topic sentence first, then follow the logical links.
• Watch the clock — Reading is timed as a section, so don't get stuck on one question.

5. Listening — Write from Dictation is gold

• Write from Dictation is one of the highest-value tasks in the whole test — practise it daily until you can capture full sentences accurately.
• Summarize Spoken Text: take quick notes of keywords, then write a tight 50–70 word summary.
• Use the audio time wisely — note-taking shorthand makes a big difference.
