Syed Wasi is Bangladesh's most experienced PTE trainer — the first in Bangladesh to score a perfect 90 in PTE Academic, a Triple 90 scorer (overall 90 in PTE Academic three times: 2017, 2023 and 2025), and featured on the official Pearson website. As Chief PTE Trainer at CILL and APEUni, he has taught English since 2009 and coached PTE since 2015 — among the country's first dedicated PTE trainers — and he personally conducts every PTE session at CILL.
Why Syed Wasi is Bangladesh's most experienced PTE trainer
The first in Bangladesh to score a perfect 90
Syed Wasi was the first person in Bangladesh to score a perfect 90 in PTE Academic — the maximum possible score. He has since repeated it: an overall 90 three times (2017, 2023, 2025) — a Triple 90.
Featured on the official Pearson website — independently
He is profiled on Pearson's own official PTE website — recognition by the makers of the exam itself. This is independent, third-party recognition, not a paid or self-declared "certificate" that anyone can buy.
A pioneer — teaching English since 2009, PTE since 2015
Syed Wasi has taught English since 2009 and trained students for PTE Academic since 2015 — among the first dedicated PTE trainers in Bangladesh, well before most of today's centres existed. That track record is why his technique is built on real, tested experience, not theory.
Chief PTE Trainer at CILL & APEUni — trusted worldwide
Beyond Bangladesh, he is Chief PTE Trainer at APEUni, one of the world's largest PTE practice platforms, where he has taught students from 30+ countries. His methods are trusted well beyond Dhaka.
First & Former PTE Consultant for TÜV SÜD
He served as the First & Former PTE Consultant for TÜV SÜD in Bangladesh — further recognition of his standing as the country's original PTE authority.
Independent recognition & features
What sets a genuine authority apart is recognition from others, not self-promotion:
- Pearson — featured in an official teacher profile on pearsonpte.com, the makers of the PTE exam.
- Dhaka Tribune — featured in the Weekend Tribune magazine (7 June 2013), in an article titled “You speak English?”, on CILL and his pioneering online English teaching in Bangladesh — which the article called “the country's first platform for integrated, online language learning.”
- Jagonews24 — profiled in a national news feature on his work teaching English to young Bangladeshis (jagonews24.com, 2022).
- GTV News — CILL featured on national television (Gazi TV / GTV news, 2018). Watch the clip →
- APEUni — Chief PTE Trainer on a global PTE platform, teaching students across 30+ countries.
