1. Our Services
CILL provides English-language and test-preparation training — including PTE, IELTS, general English, teacher training and corporate training — delivered through classes (online and in person) and through our online practice app.
2. Enrolment & Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when enrolling or creating an account.
- Accounts and course access are personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3. Payments
- Course fees and subscription prices are shown before purchase. Some prices are promotional and may change without notice.
- Online payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank methods supported by the gateway.
- We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use our courses, app and content for your own learning only.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our learning materials.
- In community/chat features, keep conversation respectful and learning-focused — no abusive language or sharing of others' personal information.
- We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, questions, audio, lessons, software and branding are the intellectual property of CILL and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We work hard to help every student improve, but we do not guarantee any specific exam score or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, CILL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
